John Paulo Tongco, 17, of Cebu City, Central Visayas, passed on December 04, 2020. John Paulo was born on February 19, 2003. He lived looking at the brighter side of life and always looked for reasons and ways to become better. Every person he met he immediately became friends with due to his uplifting attitude and well mannered way of living. He loveed to play sports and video games because even though he grew up to be an adult he was still a little kid inside. lived life loving people and those dear to him, he made sure to protect anyone that needs protection and made them feel sheltered and safe. growing up he was a trouble maker and would always cause problems because of his energetic way of living, but then he reached highschool and matured into a person who deeply cared about his academics. his one goal in life was to become a person that would help those in need and make society a better place to live in for the next generation, but then his life was unexpectedly ended due to an accident.
