John Smith, 19, of Columbus, Ohio, passed Tuesday, May 07, 2019. John was born to Johnathan Smith, and Courtney Smith, May 13, 1999, in Dayton, Ohio. His life was unfortunately ended way too soon due to the abuse of illegal substances. He had two sisters, Mary, and Jenny, and one brother, Anthony.
