He was a hard worker, but his true love was his music. Juan played the guitar and was first voice with Los Bohemios and was well known all over San Angelo. Juan was always busy. If he was not working or playing music, you would find him out fishing, hanging out with friends, playing poker or anything else you could imagine. He loved life, and when Juan was around there was never a dull moment. He was an amazing husband, father and grandfather! Juan had a giving spirit, and the family knew to cook up lots of food at Thanksgiving, because he would deliver food to friends who would have otherwise done without. He would give the shirt off his back and do without himself. He was always laughing and happy, ready to share a story with anyone who would listen! He will be greatly missed by all those whose lives he touched. He was preceded in death by his parents; step father, Mike Vera; brother, George Valenzuela; two children, Veronica Valenzuela and Johnny Valenzuela. He is survived by his wife of thirty-seven years, Esmeralda Valenzuela; children, Susan Valenzuela, Michael Valenzuela, Josephine Valenzuela, Esmeralda Valenzuela Daniels, Brisa Valenzuela Sosa, and Lluvia Valenzuela; siblings, Margie Luna, Ramona Valenzuela, Mary Helen Benavente and Sandra Marquez; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and many other family members and friends.Online condolences may be made at
