John Long, 61, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on Saturday, September 5, 2024. Born on May 3, 1963, John will be remembered for his infectious laughter, warm smile, and gentle spirit. John leaves behind a beautiful wife Alisa, Daughter Amanda Barrett and two sons Wesley and Tyler long. John also had 4 Grandchildren. Breleigh and Mason Barritt, Nova and Triton Long. A loving and best friend to many, he had a passion for life and a work ethic like no other. He had a kind heart that touched all who knew him. John also had a passion for sports and could always make those around him feel at ease with his sense of humor. He will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his memory live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
