John Lewis Davis was born November 16, 1949, in Claredon, Arkansas.

He moved to Detroit Michigan in 1970 where he married Barbara Jo Woodard/Davis. He was employed at Ford Motor Company in 1972.

Johnny was preceded in death by wife Stephanie Williamson/Davis. Mother I Cerine Davis, father James Davis Sr., brother James Davis Jr., brother Orbidie Davis, brother Odell Davis, sister Virginia Davis, Mary Davis, Mammie Davis/Lowery. He leaves to cherish his memory; three sons Johnny Davis, Dangelo Davis, D\'Nerio Davis. Sister Almajean Jackson back in Clarendon Arkansas along with the grandchildren; Dangelo Davis Jr., Skylar Marie Davis,Dmari Dshon Davis. He also leaves to cherish his soul mate Brenda and family; Tanesha, Lateshia, King, Jamar, Kamaria.
