Jon Jordan, 40, of Portland, Oregon, passed on May 07, 2022. Jon Claude was born on September 28, 1981 to Frank R Jordan and Lillie B Hunt in San Diego CAlifornia.
He transitioned from this world on May 7, 2022 in Portland, Oregon. Jon confessed his belief in the Lord at an early age at Greater Life Baptist Church in San Diego. He later continued his spiritual growth with the Now Embassy Christian Fellowship Church in San Diego.
Jon attended the Grossmont school district schools and later finished highschool in Vista California. Jon loved music. He loved writing and producing music. You can find many of his tunes now on Youtube, Spotify, Amazon music, and Itunes.
Jon moved around as an adult settling in Portland Oregon. He had many friends and a special friend in Chuck Jones. He was like a brother to Jon. Jon was known to inspire many people. All that knew him had a friend in him. He always left them with A glad heart and a smile. Jon was a real comedian who brought laughter and joy to every room he walked in. Jon was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Luther and Louise Jordan, his maternal Grandfather Claude Holman.
To cherish his memory and legacy, Jon leaves a loving Mother and step father, Lillie Hunt and James Hunt of Mansfield, Texas. GrandMother Thelma Holman of Mansfield, Texas Father, Frank Jordan Of San Diego, California. Brother Frank Jordan ii of Arlington, Texas Sister Louise Jordan of Baltimore, Maryland. Brother James Jordan Of San Diego, California. Sister and brother of Augusta, Georgia, Francine and Ricky.
Jon leaves three daughters Joniya Jordan of Indianapolis, Indiana. Jazlyn of Maryland, and Integrity in Little Rock, Arkansas, and one son Jeremiah of Arlington, Texas. He leaves one granddaughter Jaeda, Aunt Rhonda (Donald) Ragans. A host of cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends that he loved.
Special thanks to Jessica Woolman, Reginald Parham, Brandon "Tru Game" Spalding, Rodney Ulmer and Chuck Jones for organizing his celebration of life and everyone who had a special place in his heart, through his music and his art. Jon touched lives everywhere he went all over the United States and will be missed but never forgotten as his legacy will live on through his music and the memories he blessed us with.
