We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Jonathan Williams, who left this world on June 14, 2024, at the age of 74. Jonathan was born on June 28, 1949, in Owings Mill, Maryland, to proud parents Anthony Williams Sr and Isabelle Williams.

Jonathan was a loving husband to Dorothy Loretta Williams, whom he married in 1985. Together, they raised a beautiful family of five children: Lakesha, Jonathan Jr, Marsha, Lovell, and Tony. He was also a proud grandfather to six grandchildren.

Jonathan attended Baltimore City Public Schools high school and later went on to serve his country in the Army. After his military service, he joined the Baltimore City Police Department, where he dedicated many years of service before retiring in 1999.

Jonathan will always be remembered for his quick wit, infectious laughter, and love for Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. He had a knack for making others laugh and was known for his incredible storytelling. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the Baltimore City Police Foundation in Jonathan's honor.
