Jonathan Reid Jr. was born in East Bend, N.C. on 30th of July 1970 to beloved parents Jonathan and Pamela Reid of East Bend. 

Mr. Reid passed away unexpectedly at Forsyth Medical Center on the 8th of May 2018, at 11:03 a.m. surrounded by his loved ones.

 

He was preceded in death by his brother, Teddy Reid, and two sisters, Tammy Ferguson and Linda Atkinson.

 

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving sons, Stacy "Cliff" Reid of Walnut Cove, and Alexander "Alex" Reid of Walnut Cove; one daughter, Ansleigh Reid of East Bend; and three grandchildren, Patience Reid, Chase Reid, and Carolyne Reid. 

 

A funeral service for Mr. Reid will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018, at 4 pm at Huff Funeral Home with the Pastors Bobby Watts and Scott Welch officiating.  The burial will follow at Grace Baptist Church in Lewisville.  The family will receive friends on Saturday, after the funeral and burial, from 6pm-8pm at Huff Funeral Home.
