With deep love and remembrance, we honor the life of Jongae Pae Rankin, who passed peacefully on March 30, 2026, at the age of 91 in Pemberton, New Jersey.

Born on September 8, 1934, she was the cherished daughter of Du Jin Bae and Ouh Ak Pak. Jongae was a devoted wife to Hughes F. Rankin Jr and a loving mother to Bonita, Carlos, and Mija.

Jongae dedicated over 30 years of service to Walson Army Hospital. In her quiet moments, she found happiness in gardening, crocheting, and playing bingo-simple pleasures that reflected her gentle spirit.

She was a proud grandmother and great-grandmother whose love, warmth, and wisdom shaped generations. Her family was her greatest joy and her proudest legacy. She is survived by her Grandchildren - Bjana Swinson (Husband-Jesse), Valon Warren and Jessie Warren and seven great-grandchildren- Mercihon Williams, JaVier Shephard, Jahseem Shephard, Valon Warren III (Tre), Ja'Nya Shephard, Nehemiah Warren And Annika Anderson. She was proceeded in death by her husband and her granddaughter Martine Rankin.

Her kindness was a gift to all who knew her.

Her love will live on forever.
