It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to our dear friend, Jordan Worth, who passed away on September 25, 2023, in Fairmont, Minnesota. Born on June 20, 2003, Jordan brought joy and laughter to everyone around them.

Jordan was a vibrant soul who lived life to the fullest. Tragically, Jordan's life was cut short by a Fentanyl overdose. This serves as a somber reminder of the dangers of addiction and the importance of supporting those in need.
