Jose Rios, beloved husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on October 12, 2024, at the age of 69. He was born on April 10, 1955, to Fernando and Emilia Rios in Sabinas Hidalgo, Nuevo Leon.

Jose was married to Catalina López in 1960, and together they raised six children. Their children are Raul Rios Jr (married to Karen Rios), Rogelio Rios (married to Angelica Rios), Leticia Gomez (married to Ricardo Gomez), Liliana Ybarra (married to Alberto Ybarra), Laura Rodriguez (married to Manuel Rodriguez), and Lucinda Recio (married to Lamont Recio).

Jose was a dedicated family man who always put his loved ones first. He is preceded in death by his parents, Fernando Rios Sr. and Emilia Rios, and son-in-law, Alberto Ybarra. He is survived by his wife, Catalina, 2- sons; Jose (Karen) Rios, Jr., Rogelio (Angelica) Rios, 4-daughters, Leticia (Ricardo) Gomez, Liliana (Alberto+) Ybarra, Laura (Manuel) Rodriguez, and Lucinda (Lamont) Recio; 3-brothers; Ruben (Juanita) Rios, Modesto (Christella) Rios, and Fernando (Margarita) Rios, 2- sisters; Elidia (Jose+) Ayala, and Emilia (Raymundo) Cano; 15-Grandchildren; 1- Great-Grandchild on the way, and numerous nieces & nephews.

He worked hard to provide for his family and instilled in his children the values of hard work, perseverance, and love. He was a pillar of strength and support for his family, always there to offer a listening ear or a helping hand.

Jose was adored by his fifteen grandchildren, who will always remember him fondly. He leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and compassion that will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Jose will be dearly missed by his family and friends, but his memory will remain alive in their hearts forever.
