We regret to announce the passing of our dear friend Jose Flores Basurto. Born on December 28, 1974, we all know that Jose was a man who truly lived life to the fullest.

Jose was a proud Angeleno who loved nothing more than cruising around the city in his lowrider with his homies. He loved his music loud, his food spicy, and his jokes even cornier. You could always count on Jose to lift your spirits with his infectious laughter and his quick wit.

Despite being a bit of a troublemaker in his youth, Jose grew up to become a hardworking man who always put his family first. He may have been a mechanic by trade, but he was also a master chef who could whip up the best carne asada tacos in all of L.A.

Jose will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him, especially his loving wife Isabella and their three children. His spirit will live on through the countless memories he has left behind, including that time he tried to jump into a pool from the roof and missed.
