I was a little kid when I met Joe. He dated my mom. He was always very nice too her and treated her with respect. I haven't seen him in years, but I still remember him. He had long hair and was very funny and fun too be around. One night we went too visit his dad. His family was all there. It was easy too tell they were close and all loved Joe very much. I'm so sorry too hear about Joe. I will keep you in my prayers.

Praying for peace and understanding for the entire Pangallo family. My Tiger brother, Joe- or, as he was known at Campbellsville College- Chico, was always a positive person when we played together. One of the original Tigers, he helped set the standard by which great football players are measured at CU. We hadn't spoken in a few years, but I’ve always known that Chico would be ready to help if needed. He was that kind of person. He was the kind of man that you wanted by your side in a fight, a game, or just to cut up with. I loved being a paisano of his. He made our lives more interesting and more fun. Starlynn, you have a hundred Tiger uncles, if you need us- “Once a Tiger, always a Tiger.”
RIP, 68.

To The Entire Pangallo Family,
We are truly saddened to hear the news about Joe. Growing up in Newport, KY the sense of loyalty and family runs deep through us all and we considered everyone as such whether by blood or choice. His smile could light up a room and it was contagious so even through these most difficult times please take a moment to let the sun shine warmly on your face and bring a sense of peace to recall good times with Joe. He will be missed by everyone that knew him, but he will be a Guardian Angel for all the people he loved. May God grant you the comfort in knowing you will see him again and until then he is in Heaven with Our Father who loves us all. Our sympathy and broken hearts are heavier than any words can express to each of you.
With Love,
Larry Florence
