Joseph Cyril Dougherty VII was born on August 21, 1978 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was active in his community and college.

Joseph set out to accomplish many goals in life.  From receiving a fourth degre black belt in martial arts to working as a construction worker he always strove to do good.  Joseph always helped the community and put such before himself. He will be truly missed.
