Joseph William Wagner, 65, died at his Verona home June 27, 2012, after a prolonged illness.

He was born on July 29, 1946, to Kenneth and Blossom Wagner in Hagerstown, Md. While

in the Army, Joseph served in both Korea and Vietnam.

He is survived by his wife, Wendy; and his brother, Kenneth Franklin Wagner Jr. of Colorado

Springs, Colo.
