Josh died unexpectedly on June 20, 2017. He is proceeded in death by his father, Mark Puterbaugh. He is survived by his two children, Kayla and Luke; a brother, Mike (Melissa) Puterbaugh; two sisters, Sheryl Ensor and Betsy Puterbaugh; and his mother, Roseanne (Chris) Whitmarsh.

Josh was loved by many and will be missed by family and friends.

Visitation will be Wednesday between 4 & 6 pm on June 28, 2017 with the funeral on June 29, 2017 at:
