Joyce'Ann Foster (Thomas) passed away on Jan 19 2019 at Providence Medical Hospital in Kansas City Ks. Joyce was born on Jul 10 1949 in Birmingham, Alabama. She Grew up in Kansas City Ks, and Graduted from Sumner HighSchool the year of 1967. She began working for BNSF Railroad as a dispatch for 32 years and retired in 2010. Joyce was married to Lenoard Foster at 1979 for 40 Years. She enjoyed travaling and spending time with her family and her friends. Joyce was a very strong and full of Love. Joyce is Surived  by Lenoard Foster of kansas City KS, her son Maurice Thomas of Lawrence Ks, son Lester Thomas Kansas City Ks, daughter Tamashya Foster of Kansas City KS, Grandkids Nieces and Nephews, and now is welcomed home by her passed loves ones. 

A memorial service will be held at Thatcher's Funeral Home 1520 North 5th Street Kansas City, KS 66106 at Tue, Jan 29th 2019 at 11am-1pm.
