Joyce ForrestAGE: 68 • VinelandJoyce Marie Forrest, 68, passed away early Tuesday morning December 13, 2016 at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. Joyce was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a longtime resident of Vineland.Joyce was born on May 6, 1948 in Bridgeton and was the daughter of the late J. Paul and Helen "Bonnie" (nee Cregan) Gossiaux. She is survived by her husband, Timothy, four children, Brian (Suzanne), Tom (Caroline), Lisa (Shawn) and Kelly (Jim). Her family was most important to Joyce and she adored her seven grandchildren, Grace, Alex, Thomas, Eloise, Connor, Quinn and Jack. She is also survived by two brothers, Paul Gossiaux and Mark D. Gossiaux, several cousins and her lifelong best friend, Carole Sorantino Gribble and her sister-in-law, Sheila Ritter.Joyce was a 1966 graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Vineland and a 1970 graduate of Immaculata College. She worked as a food service director in the Pleasantville and Millville school districts before taking a position as a Family and Consumer Sciences Teacher at the Rossi Middle School in Vineland. Joyce had a passion for cooking, sewing, traveling and most of all, her family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Liturgy at Padre Pio Parish/Our Lady of Pompeii Church, 4680 Dante Avenue, Vineland on Friday morning December 16th at 11 o'clock where friends may call from 9 until 11.The interment will take place in the family cemetery lot at St. Mary's Cemetery in Bridgeton.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Joyce's name to the Temple Lung Center, 3401 N.
