Juanita Ione DuryeeJuanita Ione Duryee 97, Springfield, passed away December 23, 2016. She was born on March 17, 1919 to Jeff and Flossie Ina (Bullard) Parrish. A homemaker she was a member of the Salvation Army, for many years. She loved gardening, playing the piano, and making clothes for her daughter. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill in 1997and her son; Teddy Joe, of Michigan. She is survived by her daughter; Lee Ellen Duryee and her husband Dr. Robert Vierra, Reno, Nevada, grandson: Bryan Duryee and his wife Christine, two grandchildren; Sydney and Wyatt Duryee, her Daughter-In-Law; Cathleen Chapo, all of Harrison Township, Mi. two nieces; Janelle Rickerman and Rebecca McGibboney, her sisters-in-law; Marlin Sussman and Charlene both of Palm Springs, Ca. along with numerous nieces and nephews, all of Bolivar, Mo. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, December 29, 2016 in Greenwood Cemetery, Bolivar, Mo. No visitation is planned. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be to the Salvation Army.
