Judy valued her experience and time with Ohio Bell where she acquired many wonderful friends, especially Lorraine Ross, Carole Baker, Wanda Custer, Maxine Milligan, and Diana Clifford. They were inseparable, having met in the first grade at Dana Avenue Elementary School. Judy had a special kindness in her heart and would never purposely hurt anyone many times recognizing the needs of her loved one and assisting them in whatever way possible. She was preceded in death by loving parents August J. and Madeline I. Kaiser, special "big" brothers Robert L. Kaiser and Jesse T. Kaiser, her sister-in-law Shirley Kaiser and beautiful and ever so very precious sister Iona Marshall. Lastly, Judy's beloved little Maltese dog, Candy, who simply adored her "Mommie", will also be greeting her again at Heaven's gate. She is survived by her beloved husband, Gene, who deeply loved her. She will be sadly missed by nieces, Kathy (Terry) Gasaway, Lori (Jeff) Leibovitz of Indianapolis, Indiana, Rebecca Scroggins of Savannah, Georgia, Tammy Kaiser, Teresa (Brandon) Caldwell; nephews, Daniel (Susan) Kaiser of Statesboro, Georgia, David (Laura) Kaiser, Craig Kaiser; and several great nieces and nephews, and her very, very wonderful forever special, kind and loving friend, Lorraine Ross. Judy and her sister, Iona, had a life-long loving and endearing bond between them. She and Iona are holding hands right now, and walking arm-in-arm in heaven together again! "Two Shining Stars" are now brightly shining down on their loved ones, continuing to guide them with their everlasting love. Judy will be sadly missed and forever loved by those who were blessed to know her.
