Judith Gayle Miller Glover CocoaJudith Gayle Miller Glover ("Judie"), age 72, of Cocoa, Florida, died peacefully on Saturday, October 29, 2016 surrounded by her loved ones. Judie was born on February 14, 1944 in Emporia, Kansas, and baptized at the First Christian Church. In her youth, Judie attended William Allen White Elementary School, Children's Laboratory School and Roosevelt High School, both on the Emporia Kansas State Teachers College campus. As an adult, Judie resided in Kansas, Oklahoma, Georgia, and South Carolina before making Cocoa, Florida her home for her last forty plus years.Judie was a well-respected business woman, owning several businesses with her beloved husband "Skip", as well as working for LearJet. Out of concern for her co-workers, and the betterment of all, Judie spent countless hours of her early working years, assisting with the organization and formation of unions. By far Judie's most treasured times were those she spent with her family, friends and neighbors.Loved by many, Judie will be greatly missed. She is survived by her two sons: Corey Dean Schmidt of Austin, TX and Rebel Lee Glover (Jami Gallegos) of Ormond Beach, FL; two grandchildren: A.D. Schmidt and Melody Kate Schmidt; four siblings: Marie Ellen Miller Wecker (Stephen F.), Cynthia Michelle Miller Johnson, Cathyrn Rae Miller Colton, Richard Paul Miller (Mary); and many great nieces and nephews. Judie was preceded in death by the love of her life, husband Francis Wilson Glover ("Skipper"); parents: Shirley Carolyn Granger Cooper and William Leroy Miller; siblings: Ronald Lee Miller, William Daniel Miller, Linda Jean Miller, Joni Kay Miller, Brother-in-law: Gary Colton (Cathryn Rae) and daughter-in-law: Jeannie Peirce Schmidt (Corey Dean).
