Judy Miller Obituary

Judy Miller, 46, formerly of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away, Wednesday March 19th 2025, at Reynolds Memorial Hospital WVU, in Glendale, WV.

She was born on January 2, 1979, in Wheeling, WV, to Rose (Anderson) Miller and the late John Miller Sr.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her sister, Rose Mary Billingsley Elizabeth Empoliti and her brother Glen Adam Miller Jr.

Judy worked for the Ohio Department of Public Safety Investigative Unit, out of Dayton, OH, as an ATF Agent and was a former police officer for the Village of Tiltonsville. Judy was a member of the Meadowbrook Church of God, Rayland, OH.

In addition to her mother, Judy is survived by two brothers, John (Tiffany) Miller Jr and Gary Miller; three sisters, Lisa Morgan, Audrianna Adams, Donna Bowman, Connie (Bill) Teasdale; several nieces and nephews and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to Judy and celebrate her life on Friday March 21th from 2-4 & 6-8, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.

Funeral services will be Saturday 11am from the funeral home with Pastor Dave Hennen officiating.

Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, OH.
