Judy was the loving daughter of Earl and Gertrude Holt, who raised her with immense care and taught her the value of family. She met the love of her life, Jim Holt, and together they shared a love story that spanned over five decades. They were partners in crime, partners in laughter, and partners in creating a beautiful family.

As a devoted mother, Judy poured her heart into raising her two incredible daughters, Tiffany and Annie Holt. She gave them unwavering support, countless hugs, and an abundance of laughter. In her later years, Judy was overjoyed to welcome three grandchildren into the world. She loved spoiling them with candies, hugs, and great advice, always reminding them to follow their dreams. Her legacy lives on through her grandchildren Austin Weber, William Swincher, and Katelynn Coddington, who will forever carry her light and love within their hearts.

For many years, Judy dedicated herself to her work at State Bills Correction Prison. Her unwavering commitment to justice and rehabilitation touched the lives of many. Her kind nature and ability to bring a smile to anyone’s face made her a beloved member of the community.
