Julia Ann Fleming, daughter of the late Ben and Mildred Rattley Graham was born in Dillion County, South Carolina on November 12,1950 and departed her life on April 30, 2019 in Baltimore, Md.
     At an early age Julia attended and joined New Holly Church in Dillion County, South Carolina.
    Julia Ann known as Judy attended public high school in Baltimore City. Later on she was accepted to Coppin State College were she recieve a degree in Social Work. She was married to Leroy Fleming. There marriage was bless with two children Micheal, Kevin whom she precedes to join them in death along with her grandson ( Kevin ) parents ( Mildred, and Ben Rattley Graham), and siblings ( Shirley, Daisy, Novella, Henry, Ben Jr., Linda, and a set of twins.
  Judy took on the mother role to many of her nieces and nephews after the departure of her sibilings.
   She leave to mourn one daughter Tabitha Mason in which was her best friend, husband Leroy Fleming, a long time friend Clyde Mason , and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
   Judy was a loving kind,and passionated person who took on the role as a grandmother to her great nephew Darius Brockington, whom she nutured as if he was her own. She also had a hobby in cooking which led her to be call B-Daddy of her neighborhood !

                            She will be truly miss by many!
