Julia Ann (Starlings) Spradley, passed away on April 15, 2024, at the age of 60 in Spring Hill, Florida. She was born on June 4, 1963, in Baltimore, Maryland.

Julia was a dedicated painter who poured her heart and soul into her work. She was known for her strong work ethic and passion for her craft.

In her personal life, Julia was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother. She cherished her children, Julia and Janie, as well as her son-in-law David, and her four grandchildren Oneija, Lily, Addison, and David Jr.

She also leaves behind her father Larry Starlings, her sisters Vicki and Dawn, and her brother Larry Jr, Nieces and Nephews.

Julia will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She is survived by her loved ones mentioned above and remembered for her unwavering love and dedication to those closest to her. She is preceded in death by her mother, Edith McCullough, and her grandparents Louis and Agnes (Lowman) McWilliams.

Julia's sudden heart attack has left a void in the hearts of all who knew her.

Julia will be remembered for her kind heart, hard work, and the love she shared with her family. May she rest in peace.
