We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Julian Rubacan, a beloved member of the Rose Park community in Utah. Julian was a bright and compassionate soul, who touched the lives of all who knew him. Born on December 30, 2004, he brought joy and laughter wherever he went. His kind spirit and generous heart will be greatly missed by his friends and neighbors. Julian's memory will live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know him.
