Hill, Julie Ann Julie Ann Hill, age 68, of Phoenix, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2017 in Phoenix, AZ. She was born on November 5, 1948 to William and Elsie (Sylvia) Deason in Corona, CA. Julie graduated from University of California Berkley with her Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and English, class of 1970; then furthered her education at Golden Gate University obtaining her Master's Degree in Telecommunications in 1979. She worked in Telecommunications for over 25 years retiring from AT&T in 2003. Julie then embarked on a second career teaching and creating in the arts and crafts industry. She enjoyed creating intricate art designs in fabric and textiles. Julie is survived by her loving mother, Elsie; two siblings, Susan Harrison and Robert (Renita) Deason; and many other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, William C. Deason in 1999. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 20, 2017, at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Road, Phoenix, AZ 85022.
