Julio Cesar Martinez, 102, of Virginia, passed away peacefully in December12, 2025. Born in February 1, 1923 in El Salvador, he later immigrated to the United States, where he built a life centered on family, hard work, and tradition.

Julio was known for his humility, wisdom, and devotion to his loved ones. He took pride in his Salvadoran heritage and leaves behind a lasting legacy of strength, unity, and compassion.

He is survived by his children, grandchildren, and extended family. Funeral arrangements will be announced by the family.
