Julius Earl Brown, 81, passed on August 24, 2022. He was born to David Lee Brown and Velma Sue Curry in Valley Springs, Arkansas on February 25, 1941. Julius accected christ at an early age at First Baptist Church Valley Springs, AR. He attended Valley Springs School District.

He married Ozetta Tate-Brown in May 1961 and they lived together in Valley Springs, Arkansas for 10 years. Then decided to move to Dallas, TX where he lived until his passing. In Dallas together they raised 4 children Julius Brown Jr (Terri Brown), Arthur Lee Brown, Patsy Sue Jackson (Terrell Jackson), Lorane Brown.

Julius worked at General Motors until he retired in 2000 and was passionate about affecting the most positive change in people. He also volunteered at the YBLA, Concerned Black Men, and National Urban League.

He leaves to cheris his memories ; two sons Julius Brown Jr (Terri Brown), Arthur Lee Brown and two daughters Patsy Sue Jackson (Terrell Jackson), Lorane Brown, 9 grandchildren Jamie Jackson, Lashonda Jackson, Tammy Brown, Camille Brown, Teddy Brown, Tiffany Jackson, Anita Brown-Smith, Darrell Brown, and Teddy Jackson and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
