Karen Jones, 69, of Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, passed away Monday, September 18, 2017. She was born to Willie Higgins and Maddie Higgins, August 26, 1948 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

Karen was an awesome mother, aunt, sister, sister-in-law, grandmother and great-grandmother. She grew up in Homewood, graduated from Westinghouse, married early and had her only son, Devon.She then met and married the love of her life, Adrian Jones, and spent a loving 35 years together. She worked hard all of her life and retired from Bank of America. She was so full of energy and even continued to work after retiring. Karen lived life. She enjoyed traveling, partying with her sisters and spending time with family and she loved the Lord.   

She leaves to mourn her memory, her beloved husband, Adrian Jones; son, Devon Sheffey; sister, Geraldine (tiny) Bostick; and four brothers: Robert "Bobby" Jackson, Vernon "Ducky" Jackson, Jackie and Greg Higgins. She also leaves her grandaughters: Natasha, Shayla and Jasmine; great-grandkids, Amira and Nia, along with her brother and sister-in-laws who loved her dearly.
