Karl Douglas Roberts, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend, passed away on March 5, 2024, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born in Akron, Ohio on June 1, 1962, to Marvin and the late Mary Ann Roberts. He is survived by his loving wife, Beth Roberts, his four children, Mikaila Roberts (Torris Helland), Zackery Roberts (Lindsay Wyatt), Amanda Carroll (Ryan), Kyle Arnold, and three cherished grandchildren: Josephine, Grant, and Natalie. Karl is also survived by mother in law, Gladys Mihelich and his six siblings Dale Roberts (Beverly- deceased), Gary Roberts (Kathleen), Diane Norka (Joseph), Dean Roberts (Julie), Mark Roberts (Beverly), and Donna Kuglics (Les).

Karl attended Archbishop Hoban High School and graduated in 1980 and later studied electrical engineering at the University of Akron. He pursued a successful career as an Electrical Engineer at Duke Energy, where he made valuable contributions and earned the respect of his colleagues.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Karl was passionate about music and spent countless hours playing a variety of instruments and enjoying his favorite tunes. He also treasured moments spent with his children and grandchildren, creating lasting memories that will be cherished forever.

Karl Roberts will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family will be remembered fondly by those whose lives he touched.

A memorial Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, April 9 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Cecilia Church, 3105 Madison Road, Cincinnati. Mass will be live streamed at https://stceciliacincinnati.org/. Interment will take place at a later date in Akron.
