Karl Molette, beloved, father, and grandfather, passed away on April 7, 2025, in Los Angeles, California at the age of 60. He was born on September 16, 1964, to Sherman and Pearl Molette, who must be scratching their heads wondering how they ended up with such a character for a son.

Karl leaves behind,eight children: Michael, Latoya, Tarnisha, Dashana, Alveta, Shawn, Donavan, and Jason. He also leaves behind eight grandchildren who will never forget the twinkle in his eye and the mischief in his smile.

Karl was a proud graduate of E.C Glass High School, where he was known for his quick wit and even quicker escapades. He was involved in various community organizations, including Mills on Wheels, where he made sure to always eat all the cookies meant for the elderly before they could be delivered.

In his free time, Karl enjoyed collecting stamps and baseball cards, much to the chagrin of his family who were always finding them stuck to random surfaces around the house. He had a knack for making people laugh and could turn any situation into a comedy routine.

Despite his larger-than-life personality, Karl's battle with cancer proved to be one opponent he couldn't outwit. In the end, he faced it with the same humor and grace that defined his life.

Rest in peace, Karl. We know you're up in heaven causing a stir and making the angels crack up with your antics. And if they're missing any cookies, we know exactly where to look.
