Kellett, Kathleen M. "Kathy"Kathleen M. Kellett, age 65, of Oshkosh, formerly of Fond du Lac, passed away on July 24, 2017 at Aurora Medical Center in Oshkosh. She was born on August 24, 1951 in Fond du Lac a daughter of the late Joseph G. and Lorraine V. (Erickson) Smet. Kathy married William Robert Kellett on August 2, 1980 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Fond du Lac. Kathy had worked for many years as a CNA before retirement having worked for Lutheran Home and All About Life, both in Fond du Lac. She greatly enjoyed traveling, old movies, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.She is survived by and her memory will be cherished by her husband, William R. of Oshkosh; a son, Steven A. (Tina) Engelhardt of Fond du Lac; daughters, Bonnie Haima of Fond du Lac and Denise (Jay) Shoemaker of Freedom; sisters, Sue (Dick) Pontzloff of Appleton and Mary Jo (Don) Asmus of Prescott. She is further survived by 13 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Nancy Smet of Fond du Lac; other relatives and many dear friends. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert and a grandson, Adam Comeaux. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Kathy on Friday, July 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Raphael Catholic Church, 830 S. Westhaven Drive in Oshkosh with the Rev. Matthew Rappl celebrating. A time of visitation will be held at the church on Friday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
