Kathleen Farrald, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on May 25, 2024, in River Ridge, Louisiana, just one day shy of her 73rd birthday.

Born on May 26, 1951, Kathleen was the daughter of John and Louise Bottazzi Stahl. She married the love of her life, Rowland Farrald, in 1971, and together they raised four children: Sean, Katie (spouse Keith Tilly), Daniel, and John. She was also a loving grandmother to one granddaughter and one great-granddaughter.

Kathleen attended Chapelle High School, graduating in 1969, before starting her family abd working as a bookkeeper. Later in life she continued her education at the University of New Orleans, where she graduated in 2001. She worked as a teacher until she retired in 2018

Aside from her professional life, Kathleen was active in the Boy Scout Troop 150 organization while her sons became Eagle scouts. In her free time, Kathleen enjoyed cooking, gardening, and dressing up/decorating for every holiday. She found solace and joy in creating delicious meals, tending her gardens, and bringing smiles to those around her.

Kathleen Farrald will be dearly missed by her family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, husband and son (Daniel). She is survived by her loving children, grandchildren and extended family.

Rest in peace, Kathleen. She will be greatly missed by all who loved her.
