Kathleen Brown, a beloved resident of Wilmington, North Carolina, passed away on November 13, 2020. She was born on June 8, 1946, to Philip Howard Brown and Roselyn A. Kennedy in Dayton, Montgomery County, Ohio on a farm. She lived in Damascus, Maryland for many years before living her later years in North Carolina. Kathleen is survived by her children, Megan Ruth Gue and Wendy Denise Fitzwater, and three grandchildren as well as Kathleen's sister, Jennie Jean Brown.

She is predeceased by her partner, John Philip Gue, son, Philip John Irvin Gue, and parents Roselyn A. Kennedy and Philip Howard Brown.

Kathleen was known for her love of knitting, gardening, baking, cooking, and reading. She brought joy to all those around her with her a warm smile and kind heart. Kathleen will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
