Kathryn E. BozmanEden-Kathryn "Kay" E. Bozman, age 79, of Eden, passed away on June 21, 2017 at Aurora Senior Living in Princess Anne.She was born on July 18, 1937 in Nassawadox, Virginia, a daughter of the late Thomas Gilmer Wilkins and Bessie Ashmead Wilkins.Kay spent many years working in the cafeteria at Delmar Elementary School. She was a member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church in Salisbury. Most importantly, she loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.She is survived by her children, Kathy Nottingham (Richard) of Salisbury, Alvin "Chip" Bozman, Jr. (Tammy) of Magnolia, and Sue Greene (Jon) of Eden; grandchildren, John Nottingham (Brittany), Daniel Nottingham, Amanda and Kayleigh Bozman, and Ryan and Nicholas Greene; great granddaughter, Ellie Nottingham; sister, Betsy Knotts of Ocean City; close cousin, Nancy Lambert of Salisbury; and several nieces and nephews.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin R. Bozman, Sr.; brothers, Clarence Thomas "Tommy" Wilkins and John "Jack" Wilkins; and a sister, Joann Roberts.A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 28, 2017 at Short Funeral Home in Delmar. A visitation for family and friends will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the service in Springhill Memory Gardens in Hebron. The Reverend Jay Hurley will officiate.In memory of Mrs. Bozman, contributions may be sent to St. Andrews United Methodist Church, 400 E.
