Lemke, Kathryn "Kathy"Kathryn "Kathy" Lemke, 68, of Fond du Lac, passed away on Friday, February 3, 2017 with family by her side. She was born on December 24, 1948 to Raymond and Bernadette (Gross) Puddy.On May 18, 1968 she married Thomas W. Lemke at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Fond du Lac.Kathy was a 1967 graduate of L. P. Goodrich High School. Following her marriage she moved with Tom to Augsburg, Germany and later to Fairbanks, AK, while he was stationed with the Army. Kathy was employed by Marian College for several years and later at Agnesian Health Care, as an executive assistant. Kathy retired in April of 2012. She was a member of Holy Family Parish. She served on several hospital boards and many committees. Kathy was instrumental in establishing the Fond du Lac Executive Women's Golf Association. She enjoyed golf, knitting and sewing as well as traveling, especially to Aruba and Panama Beach, FL. She was a loyal Badger and Ledger fan and supporter. Survivors include her loving husband, Tom, one son, Christopher (Terese) Lemke of Baraboo, a daughter, Jennifer (Ron) Sabish of Campbellsport, seven grandchildren, Mellissa (Jayson) Benson of Orlando, FL, Nikolas Lemke, Jackalynn Lemke and Jakob Lemke all of Baraboo, Kaitlynn Sabish, Isabelle Sabish, and Benjamin Sabish all of Campbellsport. She is further survived by two sisters, Margaret Parish of Fond du Lac, and Shelly (Jerry) Schneider of St. Peter, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, and an infant great-grandchild, Benson, and a brother-in-law, Dave Parish.Visitation: Kathy's family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Zacherl Funeral Home, 875 E. Division Street in Fond du Lac. Visitation will also be on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at Holy Family Parish, 271 4th Street Way in Fond du Lac.Service: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday following the visitation at 11:00 AM. Cremation will take place following the services. Inurnment will be in the Chapel of the Risen Christ, Calvary Mausoleum at a later date.Memorials in her name may be directed to Agnesian Hospice Hope or the Agnesian Foundation.
