It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Katie Agnell, born on May 3, 2023, and left this world on January 1, 2024. Katie resided in Ohio, Illinois, United States, with her loving family.

Katie was the beloved daughter of Matt and Monica Agnel and the devoted spouse of Chris Agnell, whom she married in 2012. Together, they were blessed with two wonderful children, Jordan and Katherine.

Jordan and Katherine studied at Anglo High School, where they graduated in 2012. They went on to continue their studies at Cornell University, where they both graduated in 2025.

In her professional life, Katie worked at Millwalke Bucks and retired in 2012. She had a passion for playing basketball and enjoyed spending time honing her skills on the court.

Unfortunately, Katie's life was cut short due to a tragic accident – the fall of a building. Although she may no longer be with us, Katie's memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Rest in peace, Katie Agnell. You will be deeply missed.
