Katlyn Polanski , 54, of Oklahoma, Maryland, passed on September 17, 2021. Katlyn was born on April 03, 1967.

Katie (as her friends & colleagues called her) went by Katie Grey since she was 18 yrs working in the adult industry. Katie worked as a manager and amateur model scout for over 2 decades. 

Katie was pending trial as she tested positive for Covid 19. She passed away Monday Morning. Katie left behind 3 children (Michael Larry, 35, Michelle Polanski, 37 & Micky Polanski, 38) has been battling cancer for 5 years before finally falling to Covid.
