ALBION —Kay L. Truelove, 85, of Albion, died on Monday May 4, 2015, at his home in Albion. He was born on Oct 3, 1929 in Jefferson Township, Noble County, to the late Laurence and Carol (Bell) Truelove. He married Hazel Brown on Oct 9, 1949 in Columbia City. She survives. He was owner and operator of Truelove Brothers in Albion. He was active in the Albion Lions Club, a member of the Central Noble School Board, the Indiana Implement Dealers Association, and the Mt. Pleasant Church Council. He is survived by his wife, Hazel Truelove of Albion, son Larry (Wanda) Truelove of Albion, daughters, Karen (Gerald) Coons of Orangeburg, SC, Jill (Donny) Lamb of Lakeland, FL, Jan (Marc) Norris of Albion. Also surviving are a brother Paul (Vickie) Truelove of Albion; sisters, Wanda Stout of Ligonier, and Darlene (Burt) Rimmel of Albion; 11 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Lindsie Truelove. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday May 8, 2015, at Mt. Pleasant Lutheran Church, Kendallville. Pastor Phyllis Smoot officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Kendallville. Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8p.m. Thursday May 7, 2015, at Brazzell Funeral Homes, Albion Chapel, 771 Trail Ridge Road.
