Keith Vlasak, passed in peace Friday, November 30, 2018 at the age of 68. Husband of Linda Vlasak-Knight. A cherished friend of us all , loving father of Keith Vlasak Jr. and Kourtney Vlasak. Retired from Sandusky hospital and his legacy remained.
