Keckler, 52, residing in South Bend, Indiana, passed away at 6:58 AM Wednesday, February 1, 2017, at Hospice House, Roseland, Indiana.Kelly was born on October 8, 1964, in South Bend, IN, to the late Ronald L. and Barbara A. Hoover, and has been a lifelong resident of this area. She attended school at Mishawaka High School. Kelly worked for 15 years in home health care with Home Instead Senior Care of South Bend. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening, crafts, and working in her yard.Kelly is survived by her daughters, Kasandra M. (David) Frazier of Osceola, Kayla M. Baloun of Mishawaka, and Karly M. (Tony) McDonald of South Bend; sons, Korry M. (Jess) Baloun of South Bend, and Kayson L. (Claudia) Baloun of Mishawaka; grandchildren, Tyler Baloun, Gemma Baloun, Karmen Frazier, Lilly Hein, and Aubree Dougall. Memorial services for Kelly will be at 5:00 PM Friday, February 3, 2017, at Palmer Funeral Home - River Park Chapel, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend, IN 46615, where friends may gather with the family two hours prior to services.
