Kelly Rae Abney, 60, of Paris, Kentucky, passed away on September 21, 2024. Born on February 2, 1964, Kelly was known for her kind heart and always being there for her children and grandchildren. Kelly was preceded in death by her husband Bill Abney, her parents Edmond and Nancy Plunkett and 2 younger brothers Michael Plunkett and Darryl Plunkett. She is survived by her brother Dennis Plunkett, sister Valerie Plunkett, 3 sons Bryan Plunkett, Bradley Plunkett and Brandon Abney also 4 grandchildren. Kelly's wishes were to be cremated, memorial services are pending. Family will be notified privately.
