Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 and 11 a.m. until the hour at the service Tuesday at the Funeral Home. Kelly was born on October 23, 1962; son of Bobby Tarrents and the late Peggy Bursby Tarrents.He was a graduate of Clarksville High, a Baptist and a Harley Davidson enthusiast.
