Kelvin Allen, 62, passed Sunday, July 01, 2018. Kelvin was born to Kelvin Dewayne Allen , July 14, 1955.
Kelvin graduated from Oak in 1965.
Kelvin is survived by 2 children: Shamira Allen, and Terry Allen. He also is survived by 8 grandchildren. Mr. Kelvin ashes will go to his beloved daughter.
