Kenda Claudette Womack, 74, passed away at William P. Clements Jr. University Hospital, Dallas, Texas on December 16th, 2020.
Kenda Claudette Womack was born Judy Ann Hall on October 9th 1946 in Wellington, Texas to James Alva Hall and Francis “Gerri” Geraldine (Hale) Hall. Kenda was an incredibly accomplished person and remained an inspiration to many throughout her life. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas, San Antonio, May 19th, 1984. From there, she worked as a nurse and then nurse case worker throughout her life. During her years of employment, she received numerous awards for her hard work and dedication.
She was both a worldly and spiritual person continuously studying all that life had to offer. She lived to the fullest, always looking forward with positivity and happiness. She gave more love than ever received. She always looked ahead to new adventures, never afraid to venture out to discover new things. If there was something she did not know, she would always conduct a thorough investigation to learn everything about the subject.
With her life partner and husband, Robert Womack, they played as hard as they worked enjoying the years together, traveling and living throughout the United States.
Kenda is survived by her loving and supportive husband Robert Lee Womack; her caring son Justin Loop and his wife Heather Loop; grandkids Adeline and Xavier; sister Jacqueline (Jackie) Hall; niece Elba Santiago; and nephew Jason Wiggs.
Kenda’s last selfless act was to dedicate her body to science in the hopes that doctors can study more about amyloidosis, the disease that ultimately took her life.
