Kendric Marcel Taylor was born May 17, 1985 in Houston, Texas to Diana Lynn Meeks Emerson and Kenny Taylor. He attended Alief Taylor High School. Kendric accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at New Elijah MBC under the leadership of late Pastor Albert Kelley. Later in his adult life he rededicated his life to the Lord at New Commandment Christian Fellowship under leadership of Pastor A.L. Hickman Sr. whereby his memeber ship remains to this date. Those of us who knew him well as "KT" always received the goodness he exemplified and the agape love he gave to all. His presence, laughter quirky comments and thoughts will be truly missed.

On January 9,2020 Kendric answered the voice of our Lord and Savior as he entered that promised place of eternity. Preceding him in death are his (grandparents) Louis and Rosemary Beverly (mother)Diana Meeks Emerson of Houston, Texas Frank and Marie Taylor of Houston Texas.

His memory lives on through his (father)Kenny R. Taylor of Houston Tx,(sister's) Brittany Emerson, Trinia Taylor (brothers) Samuel Beverly, Tavaors Meeks, Deante Emerson all of Houston Texas (son) Kayden Taylor and (daughter) Kennedy Taylor both of Houston Texas. And a host of nieces, nephews, aunts,uncles and cousins.
