Talley, Kennedy Dawne,17 years of age passed away Friday, November 3, 2017 at Norton Children's Hospital in Louisville, KY after a 9 month battle with the rare cancer, NUT Midline Carcinoma. She was born on Sept. 18, 2000 in Jeffersonville, IN and was a student at Jeffersontown High School where she made the all A Honor Roll. She aspired to be a Registered Nurse Anesthesiologist. She was a member of Canaan Christian Church, but attended New Birth Ministry Center both in Louisville, KY. She was a Diva who enjoyed dancing; listening to music, a true shoe fanatic that always kept her loved ones laughing. She volunteered to feed the homeless and was pressed to bring awareness to her illness. Kennedy leaves to love and cherish her memory: her loving and dedicated mother, Erica Chapman (Andre), father, Kendrick Talley Sr., brothers: Myron Reed, Kendrick Jr., Jalen, Jaden, Aiden, & Zion, sisters: Journey Williams, Danisha, Danika, Jameka, Keniyah, & Tonisha, Grandparents, and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Family, & FriendsFriends and family will host a celebration of Kennedy's life on Friday Nov. 10, 2017 at Kraft Funeral Service, located at 2776 Charlestown Road, New Albany, Indiana. Visitation will be at 10:00am until 12:00pm. Her Funeral will be celebrated directly following visitation at the funeral home chapel with cremation to follow.
