Kenneth Mckeehan, 30, of Johnson City, Tennessee, passed on August 05, 2023. Kenneth was born on March 22, 1993.he was a father of two beautiful children Karson and kensley Phillips.mother Janet Brumit,brother heath mckeehan. Kenneth was found in a vehicle with a single GSW to his head.along side of him was a letter stating that he could not live without his fiancé that he absolutely cherished.ccpd said although it appeared to be a suicide the investigation will continue.. please keep the kids and family in your prays as they walk through this hard time.
