Doug was known for his loving and caring nature, as well as his passion for the outdoors and working in his shop. He lived a life marked by joyous family moments and a deep commitment to his loved ones. He cherished the simple pleasures of life such as laughing with his brothers, spending quality time with his wife, attending church services, and creating memorable moments with his kids and grandchildren.

Doug is survived by his devoted wife, Sandra Stephens, his son, Kenneth Stephens Jr., his daughter, Heather Thomas, and his cherished grandchildren, Hailey Kruk, Ryder Stephens, Isaac Stephens, Amara Thomas, and Amaya Thomas. He also leaves behind his brothers, David and Donny Stephens.
